Mission Tehsil 392
Under this, camps are being organized in all tehsils of the state. With this, the problems of the disabled are being resolved on a single platform. In addition, they are also being given equipment.
It was started from Nokha Tehsil in Bikaner district.
Udaan scheme
‘I Am Shakti Udan Yojana’ was started to make health awareness to all adolescent girls and women of the state and to distribute free sanitary napkins .
Under this scheme, 12 sanitary napkins per month are provided free of cost to adolescent girls and women by the state government.
Napkin distribution is being done through schools, girls hostels, Anganwadi centers.
Beneficiary- Women and adolescent girls in the age group of 10-45 years.
Indira Rasoi Yojana
Under this scheme nutritious food is provided to the beneficiary in Indira Rasoi for Rs.8.
Start of the scheme – from August 20, 2020.
Theme – कोई भूखा नहीं सोए.
17 rupees per plate grant by the state government.
Budget – 200 crore rupees are spent on the scheme every year.
According to the budget announcement 2023-24, it is proposed to open one thousand kitchens in rural areas as well.
Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana
Started from May 1, 2021.
Health insurance of Rs 25 lakh per family per year.
(Note– Initial insurance coverage – ₹5 lakh.
On 1 May 2022, it was increased from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.
Now in the budget 2023-24, it has been increased to Rs 25 lakh.)
No age limit for any family member.
No income limit for any family.
No limit on members of a family.
The beneficiaries of the National Food Security Act and Socio Economic Caste Census (SECC) 2011 need not to register. They are automatically eligible for this scheme. Their insurance premium will be borne by the state government.
Small and marginal farmers, contract workers and other beneficiaries can register themselves or through E-Mitra. The insurance premium will be borne by the state government.
Apart from the above, other families will have to pay a premium of Rs.850 annually.
Chief Minister Old Age Pension Scheme
750 Rupees per month to females above 55 years of age and Male above 58 years of age.
1000 Rupees per month to Female and Male above 75 years of
age.
Terms and Conditions – If the annual income is less than Rs.48000 per annum. Relaxation in income limit for BPL, Antoday family, Aastha card family and families of Sahariya, Kathodi, and Khairwa castes.
Update – Now the minimum pension amount is increased to ₹1000 for the pensioners up to 75 years of age. And it will automatically increase with 15% every year.
Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Scheme
This scheme was started in 2013 with train service and in 2016 flight services were also included.
Senior citizens (60 years and above) are allowed to visit any one of the various designated places of pilgrimage located outside the state in the country once in their lifetime. Their expenses will be borne by the state government.
Under the scheme, this year 20 thousand senior citizens from different districts of Rajasthan are being taken to the identified places of worship across the country. Out of these, 18 thousand pilgrims will travel by train and 2 thousand pilgrims will travel by plane.
Update– In the financial year 2023-24, a target has been set to make 40 thousand old people travel. In view of this, an additional budget of Rs 44 crore has been approved.
Chief Minister Anupriti Coaching Scheme
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot started the scheme in the year 2021-22.
By the state government to help underprivileged students to prepare for the competitive examinations to be conducted for various professional courses and jobs.
It is under the ministry of social justice and empowerment.
Under the Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme, the number of beneficiaries has been increased from 15 thousand to 30 thousand per year by the Rajasthan government.
Mukhya Mantri Gas Cylinder Yojana
Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has approved the proposal of budget announcement of ‘Mukhya Mantri Gas Cylinder Yojana’ for the underprivileged families of the state.
Through this scheme, families involved in BPL and Ujjwala scheme of Rajasthan will now get LPG cylinders for Rs.500.
Shri Ashok Gehlot has approved a total financial proposal of Rs 750 crore for this.
This will benefit more than 73 lakh families of the state.
Under the scheme, eligible beneficiaries will be able to get one cylinder per month at a cheaper rate from April 1.
The state government will give a subsidy of Rs 410 per gas cylinder to the families having connection of Ujjwala Yojana. The subsidy per cylinder for BPL families will be Rs.610.
The subsidy amount will be transferred to the Jan Aadhaar linked account of the beneficiary.
Rajasthan Government important schemes
Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS) -2022
Considering the success of Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS) -2019 , RIPS-2022 has also been released, in which more provisions have been made to attract investments.
To promote rapid, sustainable and balanced industrial development in the state, ‘Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme-2019’ was implemented from 17th December 2019.
In this, 75% recharge of 7 years SGST, electricity tax stamp duty is also being recharged for new investment in manufacturing and service sector industries. Along with this, concessions like 100 percent in market fee are being given.
Government launched the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme- 2022 during the Invest Rajasthan Summit on October 7, 2022. In this, industries which generate employment on a large scale in the state will be encouraged. Under RIPS- 2022, provision has been made for various types of subsidies and IGST recharge for such industries.
Chief Minister Milk Production Sambal Yojana
Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has announced to increase the grant being given in the scheme from Rs 2 per liter to Rs 5 per liter in the state budget 2022-23.
The scheme was launched in February 2019.
This scheme has been started to strengthen the milk production sector in the state and to improve the economic condition of cattle rearing families.
Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Seed Gift Scheme
Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Beej Uphaar Yojana 2022-23 is being implemented in the state.
Under this, certified seeds of high quality will be made available to the farmers.
This scheme is being operated by Rajasthan State Seed Corporation.
The objective of the scheme is to increase the use of certified seeds in the state and to provide high quality seeds of newly developed improved varieties by scientists to the farmers of the state at reasonable rates.
Under the scheme, mainly the seeds of Moong, Urad, Guar, Soyabean, Groundnut, Jowar, Bajra are being prepared for distribution in the Kharif season.
Wheat, gram, mustard and barley crops seed production in Rabi season.
Chief Minister Bal Gopal Yojana
Launched on November 29, 2022.
Under the Mukhyamantri Bal Gopal Yojana, children from classes 1 to 8 in the state will be fed milk prepared from powdered milk.
150 ml milk will be distributed to the children in class 1 to 5.
200 ml milk will be distributed to the children in class 6 to 8.
Students of government primary, upper primary schools, madrassas and special training centers benefiting from the mid-day meal program will be eligible for the scheme.
Milk will be distributed after the prayer meeting, which will be made available two days a week on Tuesday and Friday.
This will now be fed for the remaining four days as well.
An announcement in this regard was made by the Chief Minister in the state budget for the year 2023-24.
In case of a holiday on these days, children will be given milk on the next day.
The main objective of starting this scheme is to improve the nutritional level of the students studying in the schools.
Due to distribution of milk, enrollment and attendance of children in schools will increase.
This will also reduce the dropout percentage of the students.
Powdered milk will be supplied to the schools by the Rajasthan Cooperative Dairy Federation Limited.
To ensure the quality, teachers, parents or school management committee members will taste the milk.
Chief Minister Higher Education Scholarship Scheme
The first one lakh students of the 12th board examination of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, are given Rs.500 per month (maximum Rs.5,000) who are studying in the college.
This benefit is for a maximum period of five years.
The family income of the students should be up to Rs 2.50 lakh.
Widow / Abandoned Chief Minister (B.Ed) Sambal Yojana
The fees payable by the widows and deserters taking admission in the B.Ed course is reimbursed by the state government.
Devnarayan student scooty and incentive scheme
Girls from Special Backward Classes Banjara, Baldia, Labana, Gadia-Lohar, Gadolia, Gujar, Gurjar, Raika, Raibari (Debasi) communities are given vehicle facility and financial assistance for pursuing higher education.
Girls who have passed class 12th of Rajasthan and Central Board of Secondary Education are eligible for this.
Scooty is given to the first 1,000 girl students according to the merit of the marks obtained in this examination.
Incentives are given to the girl students according to their eligibility who have secured more than 50 percent marks.
10,000 per annum for obtaining 50-50% marks in the first, second and third year of graduation and Rs.20,000 per annum for obtaining 50-50% marks in post-graduation.
Update– The state government has now increased the number of scooties being provided to the girls under these schemes from 20 thousand to 30 thousand per year.
Kali Bai Bhil Meritorious Student Scooty Scheme
This scheme announced by Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot is applicable from 1st April, 2020.
Under the scheme, scooters are given to more than 10 thousand talented girl students of different classes across the state. Girls who have passed 12th with minimum 65 percent marks in Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education and 75 percent marks in Central Board of Secondary Education can apply for this. Special provisions have been made in this scheme to encourage girls with disabilities and admission under the right to education.
Update– The state government has now increased the number of scooties being provided to the girls under these schemes from 20 thousand to 30 thousand per year.
Indira Shakti Fee Recharge Scheme
State government will pay the fees of 9th – 12th class for girls studying in private schools under the right to education(RTE) Act.
The Rajasthan government will pay the fees to continue their studies from class 9 to 12.
This fee will be charged from ‘Indira Mahila Shakti Nidhi’.
Under RTE Act, private schools have to provide free education on 25% seats in classes 1 to 8 to children (6-14 years) of economically weaker section.
The fees of these students of various disadvantaged sections are paid by the government to the schools. Such children, especially the girl child, have to drop out of private school or education after class 8, because of families with weak economic backgrounds.
Rajasthan is the leading state to implement such a scheme.
In order to encourage and protect the education of the girl child, the Government of Rajasthan has started this scheme for the girls studying under RTE till class 8 to continue free education from class 9 to 12.
It is being started from the academic session 2022-23 itself.
Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana
Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan(Chief Minister Small Industries Promotion Scheme)Yojana is being operated to increase self- employment in the state and to create employment opportunities at the local level.
Under this scheme, a loan of Rs 10 crore is provided through financial institutions for setting up new enterprises in the manufacturing, service and trading sectors and for expansion, modernization and diversification of existing enterprises.
In this scheme notified on December 13, 2019, 8% interest subsidy is being given on loans up to Rs 25 lakh, 6% on loans up to Rs 5 crore, 5% on loans up to Rs 10 crore. Also, 9 percent interest subsidy will be given on loans up to Rs 25 lakh to eligible units under Rajasthan Rural Tourism Scheme.
Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme
Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has taken an innovative initiative to implement ‘Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme’ in Rajasthan on the lines of ‘Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme‘ of the Government of India.
It will give 100 days Employment guarantee to underprivileged and needy people in urban areas.
It started from 9th of September 2022.
It is an initiative of the State Government of Rajasthan.
Eligibility-18 to 60 years old.
The state government will provide the job within the 15 days of demand made by the public.
If the government is unable to provide the job within 15 days then the government will pay the wages equal to 100 days wages.
The scheme was started by CM Ashok Gehlot with Shramdaan in Khania Ki Baori in Jaipur.
Update – Now from April 1, 2023, it has been extended by 25 more days.
Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana
About Scheme- To provide financial assistance of 31000- 51000 rupees to the girl child at the time of marriage. This scheme is under the department of social justice and empowerment.
Under the Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana, financial assistance of up to 51 thousand rupees is given to needy girls in marriage.
Girls (18 years and above) from scheduled caste, scheduled tribes and minority classes will get financial assistance of 31000 rupees for their marriage. It gives an additional incentive of 10000 rupees for 10th pass and 20000 rupees for the graduate pass. In this way maximum 51000 are given for these class marriages.
BPL, Antyodaya, Aastha card holder families,economically weak widows, specially disabled, beneficiary daughters of Palanhar scheme and sports persons women themselves will get financial assistance of 21000 rupees for their marriages. It gives an additional incentive of 10000 Rupees to 10th pass and 20000 rupees to graduate pass. In this way total 41000 rupees are given for the marriage of these classes.
Chiranjeevi Jeevan Raksha Yojana
It was launched on the occasion of Gandhi jayanti on 2 October.
Its main objective is to protect the lives of road accident victims.
Under the scheme, a resident of any state of the country injured in a road accident can get free treatment for 72 hours in a private and government hospital affiliated to this scheme without any FIR or formality.
For this it is not necessary to be eligible for Chiranjeevi Yojana.
The trial run was started from 22 June 2022.
Now it has started all over the state.
Mukhyamantri Kisan Mitra Energy Yojana
Launched on 17th July, 2021 and its benefit was given from the billing month of May 2021.
Under the scheme, an additional grant of 1000 rupees per month and maximum 12000 rupees per year is being given in the agricultural electricity bill.
If the bill amount is less than one thousand rupees in any month, the benefit of the remaining amount of grant is being adjusted in the coming month of the financial year, so that the farmer gets the full benefit of the exemption in the subsidy electricity bill.
Sukhad Dampatya Jeevan Yojana
To provide financial assistance of 50000 rupees to couples with disabilities.
Solar Agriculture livelihood scheme
After the launch of the portal of Solar Agriculture Livelihood scheme (Saur Urja Krishi Aajeevika Yojana) by the government, thousands of farmers have got information about the scheme online.
Portal name- skayrajasthan.org.in
This portal will help to connect owners and farmers of cultivable barren-useless lands; developers and related discoms or companies.
This scheme was launched on 30 September 2022.
The objective of this scheme is to help farmers to set up solar power plants on their unused or barren land. By joining this scheme, farmers can earn good money by giving their idle land on lease.
The state government has formulated “ Saur Krishi Ajivika Yojana ” (SKAY) under PM-KUSUM Component C (Feeder level solarization).
Chiranjeevi Accidental Insurance Scheme
The ‘Chiranjeevi Accidental Insurance Scheme’ is being run by the state government to provide support to the victim’s family in case of an accident.
This scheme, announced by the Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot in the state budget for the year 2022-23, was implemented across the state from May 1, 2022.
In case of death of an insured family member in an accident, financial assistance of up to Rs.10 lakh is given to the dependents.
This free insurance cover is given without any additional premium to the registered families under ‘Mukhya Mantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana’.
Chief Minister Ekal Nari Samman Pension Scheme
Under the scheme, financially weak widows, abandoned and divorced women are being given a pension of up to Rs 1,500 per month.
pension amount –
- 500 rupees per month from 18 years to 55 years
- 750 rupees per month from 55 years to 60 years
- 1,000 rupees per month from 60 years to 75 years
- 1500 rupees per month to 75 years and above
Eligibility –
Widow, Abandoned and Divorced women of 18 years of age or more, who are original residents of Rajasthan, who do not have any source of regular income for their subsistence or total annual income from all sources is less than Rs. 48,000.
Widows or divorcees of a Government servant and other women taking advantage of Widow Pension Scheme will not be eligible for this scheme.
The state government has provided relaxation in the condition of income to widows, abandoned and divorced women in BPL, Antyodaya and Aastha card holder families; Saharia, Kathori, Khairwa and HIV-AIDS positive registered in AIDS control societies.
Update – Now the minimum pension amount is increased to ₹1000 for the pensioners up to 75 years of age. And it will automatically increase with 15% every year.
Camel Conservation Scheme
Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has approved the new camel conservation scheme in the state.
For this, a financial provision of Rs 2.60 crore has also been approved.
According to the plan, the veterinarian will issue identity cards to the female camel and the child by tagging them. The vet will be given an honorarium of Rs 50 for each identity card.
After issuing the identity card, Rs 5,000 will be payable to the camel keeper as the first installment.
Rs 5,000 will be given as the second installment when the camel child is one year old.
In this way, the main objective of this scheme of the state government, is to provide protection to the state animal of the state and financial help to the camel herder.
Rajiv Gandhi Krishak Saathi Sahayata Yojana
Through this scheme, financial support is being given to the farmers in times of crisis.
Under the scheme, assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh is given in case of death of farmers and agricultural laborers due to accidents while doing agricultural work.
In case of dismemberment, such as fracture of spinal cord, coma due to head injury, amputation of both hands, both limbs, both eyes or any one limb, assistance of up to Rs 50,000 is given.
Financial assistance of Rs 25,000 for amputation of one limb, Rs 5,000 for amputation of one finger, Rs 10,000 for amputation of two fingers and Rs 20,000 for amputation of four fingers is provided.
To take advantage of the Rajiv Gandhi Krishak Sathi Sahayata Yojana, farmers can apply online through Jan Aadhaar and mobile number on the ‘Raj Kisan Sathi’ portal.
Chief Minister Free Uniform Distribution Scheme
Under the Chief Minister’s Free Uniform Distribution Scheme, students of classes 1 to 8 in government schools will be given cloth for 2 sets of dress.
Rs 200 per student will be transferred to the bank account for stitching the dress.
Students will be given light blue shirts and dark brown or gray neckerchief or pant cloth.
Girl students will be given light blue kurta or shirt and dark brown salwar or skirt and dark brown or gray dupatta (chunni).
Chief Minister’s Divyangjan Samman Pension Scheme
Under the scheme, financial assistance of up to Rs 1,500 per month is given to the disabled of the state.
The applicant should be a native of Rajasthan and his combined annual income should be up to 60 thousand rupees.
Rs 750 is given to women below 55 years of age and men below 58 years of age.
Women aged 55 years and above and men aged 58 years and above as well as pensioners below 75 years of age are given Rs 1000 per month.
Pensioners above 75 years of age are given Rs 1,250 per month.
1,500 per month is given to leprosy free special abled pensioners of any age and a person suffering from silicosis disease.
Update- Now the minimum pension amount is increased to ₹1000 for the pensioners up to 75 years of age. And it will automatically increase with 15% every year.
Palanhaar Scheme
Under the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment.
Under the Palanhar Yojana, the amount of assistance given to orphan children in the age group of 0-6 years has been increased from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1500 per month and to orphan children in the age group of 6- 18 years has been increased from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,500 per month. .
Objectives of the scheme
Instead of institutionalizing the arrangements for the upbringing, education etc. of orphan children, the state government is providing them education, food, education in a family environment.

- Children of parents sentenced to death/imprisonment for life by judicial process
- Maximum three children of a widowed mother eligible for destitute pension
- Up to three children of a related mother
- child of remarried widowed mother
- Children of AIDS affected parents
- children of parents suffering from leprosy
- Child of disabled parent
- Child of abandoned/divorced woman
- Children of parents with silicosis
Under the Palanhar scheme, grants are provided to the foster parents by the state government for the upbringing, education etc. of such orphans.
The annual income of the foster family should not exceed Rs.1.20 lakh.
It is mandatory to send such orphans to the Anganwadi center at the age of 2 years and to school at the age of 6 years.
Financial aid
- Rs 1,500 per month for children 0-6 years of orphan category, Rs 2,500 per month for children 6-18 years
- Rs 500 per month for 0-6 year old child, Rs 1,000 per month for 6-18 year old child of other categories
- Annual lump sum of Rs 2,000 for books, stationery, clothing, sweaters, shoes etc.
- Registration of 3-6 year old children in Anganwadi center and 6-18 year old children in educational institutions is necessary.
Major Dhyan Chand Stadium Scheme
Under the Major Dhyanchand Stadium Scheme, the state government will give an amount equal to the amount received from MLA MP Fund / Public Representative / Public Cooperation / CSR to construct sports stadiums in each block of the state in a phased manner.
Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot had announced the Major Dhyanchand Stadium scheme in the budget speech of the year 2022-23.
Mahatma Gandhi Minimum Guaranteed Income Scheme
Announcement – in the state budget for the year 2023-24.
Under the scheme, citizens will get a minimum guarantee of employment.
Employment will be guaranteed for 125 days every year to all the eligible families of the state.
If the beneficiary family is unable to find work, then each such family will be given a pension of Rs 1000 per month.
Savita Ben Ambedkar inter caste marriage scheme
This scheme was started in the year 2006.
Under the scheme, the benefit of this scheme is available on the marriage of scheduled caste and upper caste Hindu youth.
The Rajasthan government is now giving assistance of Rs 10 lakh instead of Rs 5 lakh on inter caste marriage.
Out of this amount, Rs 5 lakh is made as a fixed deposit for 8 years. While the remaining Rs 5 lakh will be deposited by creating a joint bank account of the bride and groom.
Chief Minister Free Annapurna Food Packet Scheme
In the budget of the year 2023-24, the Chief Minister has announced the Chief Minister Free Annapurna Food Packet Scheme for this year for the families connected with the National Food Security Act (NFSA).
Free food packets will be distributed to families covered under the National Food Security Act (NFSA).
These families will be given this packet along with the ration for the month.
Packet will include –
- Chana Dal 1 kg
- sugar 1 kg
- salt 1 kg
- edible oil 1 liter
- Chilli powder 100 grams
- Coriander Powder 100 grams
- Turmeric powder 50 grams will be given.
Under this scheme, food packets will be given to the beneficiaries at a cost of about Rs 370 per packet.
This Annapurna food kit will be given through a biometric method just like ration at the ration shop.
The state government will spend about Rs 392 crore monthly for providing food packets.
The packets will be prepared after purchasing the material by the Cooperative Department’s Confed and will be made available at the fair price shops.
These will be distributed by the Food and Civil Supplies Department.
Government English Medium School
Mahatma Gandhi English medium government schools are being opened in urban and rural areas for education in English medium across the state by the Rajasthan government.
More than 2,000 Mahatma Gandhi English medium schools have been opened by the state government so far.
On the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary (year 2019) of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, it was decided to establish Mahatma Gandhi Government School (English medium) from classes 1-12.
The school opening started in June, 2019 and one school each was started at all the district headquarters of the state. Due to the increasing popularity of these English medium government schools, the state government has decided to open one thousand schools in towns and villages with a population of more than 5,000.
