Prakhar Rajasthan Reading Abhiyan
Prakhar Rajasthan Reading Abhiyan was started to teach students to read books fluently in the state.
Education Minister Sri Madan Dilawar inaugurated this campaign from Government Higher Secondary School of Kanwadi village of Jhalawar district.
Under Prakhar Rajasthan Reading Abhiyan, various activities will be organized for students of classes 1 to 8 till October 2.
Library Day and Hindi Day will be celebrated under this campaign.
Objectives of the campaign
To develop reading skills in students of classes 1 to 8.
To develop understanding of concepts through reading skills.
To create a motivating and favorable environment for reading skills, fluency in reading and understanding of concepts.
To provide regular opportunities for reading practice by ensuring maximum use of books and resources available for reading skills.
To provide opportunities to include interesting stories, songs, poems etc. in local language in classroom activities.
