Rajasthan Economic Revival Task Force
‘Rajasthan Economic Revival Task Force’ (RERTF) has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister for the development of finance, economic management, infrastructure and agriculture development etc. sectors in the state.
An order has been issued in this regard in compliance with the State Budget Year 2024-25 announcement.
The Deputy Chief Minister (Finance) will be the vice-chairman of this task force.
Deputy Chief Minister (Transport and Higher Education), Industry and Commerce Minister, Energy Minister, Agriculture Minister, Chief Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary Finance, Additional Chief Secretary Energy, Additional Chief Secretary Water Resources, Principal Secretary Industry and Commerce, Principal Secretary Agriculture and Horticulture and Secretary Planning will be members of this task force.
Secretary Finance (Budget) will be the Member Secretary.
It will make recommendations regarding topics such as identification of key economic sectors, policy formulation and implementation, skill development and education, infrastructure development, promotion of innovation and technology, promotion of MSMEs and startups, tourism and cultural heritage, promotion of green development, economic and employment growth of the state.
The tenure of this task force will be till March 31, 2028.
Its meeting will be held at least once a year.
The Finance Department will be its administrative department.
